I think Metallica lost their way a long time ago, St Anger was just a noise, and Death Magnetic sounds like a jam sesion that someone happened to record, just has no direction to it
I think half the problem was when Jason Newstead left, that new bass player sucks ass
Still only a couple of weeks to go, and the new Trivium cd will be out, at least that will sound like good Metallica
