the 6.5 was out of stock so went for the 4.5  Purchased a 16t to start with as recommended by DMS. He also mentioned shimming the diff/gearbox. Is there a guide for this anywhere on this site? I had a quick look, but couldn't find one

ive alway's shimed diff/gearbox to instuction manual

never had a problem,teeth are meshed nice and snug without any play

so not sure were dms are coming from

you may have to set clutch on the slack side to cope with punch from a 4.5
