Very nice write-up, SHY.....reminds me that I really need to get a half-decent camera! I also ended up shortening the rack screws for the same reason you mentioned and sanded a bit more from the front of the rack so I wouldn't have to alter the chassis. Looks like there's enough "meat" there so durability shouldn't be an issue
