That is exactly what happened to a couple of intellect packs i have. I didnt have the money to replace them so i thought i will bring these cells back from the dead even if it kill me
. So i put them on my pit bull charger and charged them until it stopped about 150 mah then i force charged it until a reasonable level, then i equalised on my Much more CTX Discharger. I ended up doing this for about 3 days for them not to be force charged anymore and now all the voltages seem to about the same, just how they should be. And have run them and they are back up to performance. But if you dont have the time to try this and you have the money then i would recomend cycling through the good cells, to keep them up and running, and just replace the dogy cells.
