Yep, it is.

I just got myself one. US185 plus change.

Stock esc can handle up to 15T mod motor and it has reverse disable.

Throttle stepping is really smooth so it is good for beginners.

Side note:

I was told to stock and change these items:
1. Stock tires are junk. Replacement wheels are cheap so buy them with tires that suited your local track.
2. Buy alu suspension mount. I heard the stock ones weren't good enough and broke through a lot.
3. Buy alu shock tower mount.
4. stock susp. arms (F/Rs)
5. (IMO) change the stock pinion. It topped out too easily while leaving enough in the powerband to grow.
6. Change stock radio to DSMs so you don't have to hassle with changing crystal or car get hit with Radio hit on track time.
