Fill the body up to about 1mm below threads.
Slide the cartridge up the shaft to the rodend.
Find the slot on the cartridge.
Hold the body at approx 45 degrees, put cartridge into body with slot upwards.
tighten by turning the body, keeping slot upwards - may have too much pressure at this point.
Pump the shaft like a mofo
loosen (keeping slot to top, 45 degrees) release oil, retighten with RPM tools.
Put on car.

I agree with that
I also try and put the piston into the oil at as much angle as possible to minimise air trapped under it
