They come up on the full version too. In your profile, if you enter info, there is a lock next to the field where you can select to hide, show to friends or unlock to all. SO the people you can see may have that setting.
Your right though, I noticed it a few weeks ago and totally removed my mobile number from my profile - anyone who wants it can ask, then I'll give them the flirt divert....
