some farmer somewhere must have an empty barn of suitable size that they'd be willing to rent out.

the ultimate solution would be a pre-fab steel structure (like a large industrial unit) with a retractable transparent roof, so you could landscape and put down grass - open the roof to feed the grass, and the transparency gives the light required.

how grippy is dry astro?

I'm going to buy lottery tickets this weekend.

seriously.... if its coevered why would you bother with grass or astro??
