Interesting.. I tried the Thunder tiger gear which is 46T (not bolted up as the holes are out) and it fouled the chassis on the RC8.. I guess the shimming means under the centre diff holder?
Also with my Thunder tiger gear came a spool that fits perfectly in the centre diff holder.. I'm nervous of trying a spool, but i bet it could be converted to a slipper somehow.. speaking of which, has anyone tried the HoBao centre slipper in any of their EP buggies?
I'll see how I get on with the Kyosho gear anyway and report back.. exciting times for sure though eh?
