What have you been running yours on - 3 cell 11.1v?

There are going to be an awful lot more suitable speedos available soon as I know at least 3 companies that are working on them.

According to MGM the Compro is available in a waterproof version as most of their esc's, those that have them rate them very highly. They are expensive compared to the Mamba but with our weather if I can get a waterproof one I'd prefer it.

I went with the Tekno conversion as it retains the clutch and mechanical brakes which will presumably mean the esc doesn't have such a hard time. I realise that a lot of people will say why do you need a chassis just buy a motor mount and battery tray but I liked the idea of keeping the brakes & clutch and as the 8T RR donor vehicle is brand new the unwanted parts will go in the spares box for our nitro 8T's.
