Default Tamiya F-201. Ferrari Forumla 1 (4wd - lots of hop-ups)

SOLD

I have for sale my highly upgraded Tamiya F-201. This is a couple of years old now, but it's only really seen 2-3 months of indoor racing.

Upgrades:
  • 3Racing Carbon Fibre Chassis
  • CVD Driveshafts front & rear
  • Alloy shock absorbers
  • Tamiya alloy rockers/ bell crank (£40 new front&rear)
  • 3Racing Alloy Hubs front and rear
  • Upgraded alloy ball differentials
  • Pits Shimizu Tyres
  • Probably more I have forgotten..
So as you can see, nice extensive list. I had a 12 turn running in this with no problem. A stock model would have melted with the setup. Please note, this is a rolling chassis - no electronics included - although I will leave the Futaba steering servo in there.

The downsides.... the bodyshell and front wing isn't great condition, as can be seen in the photos. Although it's not heavily used, I was racing against all sorts (8th scale etc) so the body went quickly. So to do the great internals justice, it could do with a new shell. Although it still looks reasonable as you can see, perfectly usable as is.

I'm looking for £60 + postage, but I will consider any sensible offer. So please PM or email me with any offer - I can only say no. I expect postage to be around £5, so total cost would be £65.

SOLD
