How many times did he ring? Are his questions as daft as yours? And did he draw breath in the whole conversation or was it just one long continuous sentence?

Looking at it from the model shops point of view, they're giving advice for free and being asked same questions many times. Gets a bit frustrating when there is no sale, when they could have been speaking to real customers.

Why doesn;t your friend get the info from here. Then when he knows what he wants - ring the shop and order it.
