Yea the stupid on/off switch broke on mine too because it's a circuit breaker so all the current goes through it and burned it. I soldered the connection together and the esc is always on when I plug in the battery but now the throttle doesn't work and I cant program the throttle.

I emailed the ebay seller he copy pasted that you need a different fan if you use more than 8 cells even though the fan still works, has nothing to do with the on/off switch and its rediculously super thin wires burning, and I even put a 10ohm resitor in series with it to give me a voltage drop that safel slows down the fan.
I emailed hobby wing and of course they did not reply. WHAT A RIP OFF.
