Thanks, will wait and see what response I get from those in charge before deciding for definate as if that's the case don't think I'll be able to do Teeside.
Didn't think it'd be within H&S rules to lock gates when people are staying overnight incase emergency access is needed
unless they are just closed rather than locked. People were arriving at York from about 6am, maybe earlier, so surely they'll need to be open pretty early aswell.
Fingers crossed someone knows what's happening
