Thats bad.
We had a phantom s**tter on holiday too, we found them everywhere during the week, even on the balcony next door. The phantom would have had to jump a 3 ft gap to get there and back but we were about 5 floors up.
I cant believe we actually took photos of where the phantom had left his mark as well
