Schumacher staggers only work on carpet and astroturf (Kunstrasen)
You want to try some Proline PL-8175M3 4-Ribs and then look
here for setups.
You could also try asking Olli Prüssmann next time you see him at a race. His RB5 is usually very quick but he uses the new rear end.
