Question ATD friction disk on a B44 : limited slip diff

Hi,

I wonder if someone already tried to use the friction disk found on the NTC3 diffs on the front end of an electric TC3-based buggy. It should be useful to lock partially the diff without chewing up rings and balls, and it's less extreme than a spool. A kind of limited slip differential.

Any ideas, experience, Elvo or B-Mag expertise is welcome
