Many thanks for all the ideas.
I currently have foam on just the top straps so i can see how extra foam would work as it is gripped reasonably well already, I would just be worried that in a major tumble it could end up touching the rear belt.
The carbon strips seem like a good simple idea, I plan to run only one pack.
The cut out tray looks like a great solution and well made, I realy fancy a set of those. I will try and find out if he's doing a bx version, or look into drawing my own up. Cheers.
The fan is attatched to a servo mount (GPM Tamiya TT-01 alloy mount I think), got the idea from Bathy on here.
