I'm thru with sharpies. The stock black rims are perfect, and clean easy.

This is how I did at the main with the E-firestorm.

My ball studd ripped out at lap 8 and I was done.
I should have threadlocked those nuts on the ballstuds.

The second heat Lockhart had 18 laps, I had 15 laps.
Pretty sad Lock can walk the floor with people with a 13.5 brushless w/Lipo.
People in this town need to knuckle down and practice!!

I came so close with tieing locks track record of 19.1.
The second heat I got a 19.5. I came so, so, close there.

This was also my first time in 5 years to run electric truck.
Trucks are much easier to drive than 4WD electric buggies.
Maybe they are supposed to be.
Glad to see that you had a good first outing with your E-firestorm. I do see that you were about 3.5 to 4 seconds off pace with the leader. Next time he practices or races try to just stay behind him and run his lines to see where he is making up the time. It is also possible that anything more than a 13.5 is overkill for the track. A slower motor like a 13.5 might be a better fit for the track in electric truck. Slower is faster for most people I find most of the time.
