yeah it's all about your tyre sliders. If it's your first time then i would strongly recommend reading the tyre guides for changing weather etc as it gets a little tricky.
also you need to adjust your set up if the quali/race is going to be wet. the engineer gives you advice on how much to alter by from full dry to full wet. obviously if the weather is somewhere in the middle then only adjust a certain %
