The cooking is going really well!
It has been nice grilling weather so I have been experimenting with marinades and meat tenderising techniques
Couscous and grilled vegetables with Harissa/tomato vinaigrette is a nice easy side for meat!
Also been working on danish apple desserts. Really tasty!
