N7ELA, it is hard to read how people have typed things on a public forum - you can not type a tone of voice. I think if you re-read some of your recent comments on here you will see that they
could have been read as being a little 'harsh'.
Yes, half the track was tightened up, but half was changed. If you go to race at Batley you pretty much know what half the lap is going to be like anyway
I asked some of the York members what we should do to the track Saturday night - some bystanders said run it backwards - which I HATE. The opinion was taken to not overly change a good track for the sake of it and risk creating a poor one.
Tom is correct on everything he has said about practise.
