i went to the '96 British Grand Prix at Silverstone, and it was pretty awesome. I was all set to cheer Damon Hill on to victory, but he went out in the 26th laps i think... balls
. (He still beat Ukyo Katayama though). Jacques Villeneuve walked away with it in the end
The noise from the engines is absolutely deafening, that was the thing that i remember the most.
