Yessir! Cut into squares, rub with salt n' pepa. Fry it hard (with no butter or oil) for 7-10 mins until the fat is bacon crisp. Then flip it over and fry 2 more minutes. Let rest 5 minutes and serve... with red wine sauce +++

Extremely good with "Hasselback" potatoes... (brush/clean and keep skin, cut into a fan, salt, pepper, green spices, butter or olive oil. Oven for 50 mins at 250 deg C, 10 last minutes prinkle with lots of parmesan)
