2wd for me has always been the better class, on dirt 4wd is awesome but i always thought on high grip it was a bit flat out / on the edge and generally just not as smooth and flowing as 2wd........
I just love the way 2wd cars jump and as someone else said i think it's easier to get the set-up dialled as you seem to get more feedback from a 2wd car, and subtle changes like links etc make more difference then 4wd....
