You would need a camera with a stabilized lens and 60fps or better to be able to stabilize it even more with software, to get a real good video. It depends a lot of the track of course, a carpet track would be pretty good I think. But the one from my video is bumpy everywhere, and it doesn't have a long straight eiter. Every small jump looks like a massive hill :-)
