I think that is clear and to the point.
I dont think we would need the technical bit though as we have the electric board who i am sure have looked at lipo`s closely and probably have some sort of revision ready for next year.
Im sure our proposal will be similar though, simple and easy with nothing that people can pick holes in and then let the people who know, do their bit
Im really not sure if we need lipo though, brushed motors are still winning nationals
