Have a look in your local supermarket cosmetics /toiletries /chemists section for cheap body / hand cream products with lightweight caps, some have eggshell shaped ones Ideal for the type of scoops your looking for.
Add some lexan cutoffs to them having cut them longitudinally and two from one cap is what you get.
Fixing is a peice of cake with either superglue or doublesided tape having marked and cut out the roof to the protruding shape IMHO.
