I think generally the quality of marshalling is BAD, its something thats struck me since i've started racing again..
A lot of folks just seem to sit there thinking about the previous race they've just had rather than where they are now and being alert and ready to correct a car as soon as possible, a number of drivers rev the car to get marshalls attention though..
If you want to see how to be a good marshall watch Andy Fraser, he's the master.. I do try hard myself though..
Everyone should try harder and be more alert to what's hapening and where a car is likely to crash and be ready.
We should give trophies/rewards or something for good marshalling..tricky one to penalise bad marshalling unless its blatent.
