I use Autoglym super resin for a polish, give areas like the sills, bonnet etc a couple of coats to clear all bugs and tar spots. Polish off then wax immediately before any dust settles.

On customers cars we have used Sonus Claybars in the past, but personally it hurts me to do that as they're so harsh - even the mild ones. When I have infinite time (own car), just use elbow grease and patience with low abrasive products.

T-cut is too harsh in my opinion too - doesn;t leave scratches/swirls but removes more paint depth than necessary.
