Rules - to be honest i think the only rules at the moment would be for length of heats and finals ?. Not on construction / amount of cells / motors as it is early days yet, and we would not want to stop anybody from running.
Once i have some more parts for mine i will post some photos  its already being over run with carbon fibre  |
