I am posting here as I might be able to offer a solution to your weak outdrives. I have a CEN Fun Factor which has the same problem. I have lost count of the number of times they have gone on me. The solution was to go to B&Q or any plumbing outlet and look for something called 'compression fittings' or they are also called 'olives'. These are small brass rings that come in various diameters and double very nicely as an outdrive sleeve. I have yet to break an outdrive since fitting them. They are about £1 for eight so they are at least worth a try!! Anyway, hope this helps.
