Go to your profile,
here or by clicking on your name at the top right after the welcome message.
On that profile page you should have the option to create a photo album - via that you can upload some photos (any size - they will be resized by the forum).
After you've added a photo you can view it and there's a link (bbcode link) which you can paste into the post to display your photo
