I think they are on crack! I thought it was super 20meg connections that went to 2meg, and mine went to 1... either way it goes to ~1 absolutely like clockwork after so much usage.
10mb upgrade means I reach the limit 2.5 times quicker, WOW. Basically no different / even worse depending on how you look at it. It's bollocks.
