I'm shocked that Tamiya wouldn't help mate, where abouts are you? This part is shared with the TRF501X Worlds car, so it shouldn't be too hard to find. Not sure if I have any spares or not (I have the older, smaller pulleys) but I'm sure someone will add some links on here or send you a PM with some shops.
Like I said though, I'm shocked you couldn't get any help with spares for this car - Tamiya seem to be dropping the ball.
