How about ringing your local hobby shop, and order a 19tooth pinion? and guess what, it'll be like new, as it will be new.
Pinions are not the type of item which people sell 2nd hand, we each tend to have 1 or 2 of each and need them, and because they are transferrable between cars don't get sold.
I can highly recommend Edit pinions, and the price is very reasonable indeed.
