I really doesn't matter the charger you use, really, as long as you don't overcharge the pack - in much the same way you wouldn't want to overcharge any pack.
Any charger that will plug into the charge port will suffice, like the little slowcharge plug into the wall one you're referencing - and I've often used my big-pack fast charger to charge my transmitter pack at the track when I forgot to do it the night before.
Charge it overnight, but make sure and don't do it much longer than that - and keep an eye on it when you get up in the morning that the pack itself is not too hot (sign of overcharge) - and other than that you should be fine.
