I'll give the carb a going over when I can this week, i've tried a few different things today, cleaning what i can and poking around but nothing seems to have helped.
Would 2 stroke residue cause this problem? I'll be honest in saying I did leave fuel in there over winter about 1/4 of a tank. I used this left over to let the genny idle for a while to warm up, then put a fresh mix in to give it a testing, normal 'mix' of 2 stroke/fuel and still no joy.
