main jet could be blocked as suggested, but thats inside the carb normally, try not to adjust the mixture screw, if you do count how many turns it takes to wind then in untill they stop, then when you refit them put them in all the way and back out to your recorded amount of turns
could just be residual of 2 stroke oil in there and it may wash out after a while

id strip the Carb down and check for crap in the jet spray bar(emulsion tube)
