man, that is comedy-narrow!!
have you reinforced the chassis at all ? if its just the battery tray sides that are keeping the thing together then it probably needs some reinforcement somehow adding.
but hey, it looks cool.
For a shell, do what the french guy did and make a quick mould the right size and melt a 2L coke bottle over it !
