I have used sanwa servos in the past and have found them to be good.

Although i cannot speak from experience, i would give the sanwa RS-995 a go. It has the following specs: 0.06sec/60°, 7.2kg torque, metal gear, ball bearing all at 6v (no 7.2v fet lead!). I would have bought one myself but i wanted a digital servo which would be compatible with the futaba HRS mode.

I don't think you would find it for sale in the UK, but champ currently has them at £35 +P&P
