Was it held at the indoors horse stadium? I can't remember the name of the place exactly in Harlow.

Ps, I used to race a lot during the week wednesday evenings I think it was. Indoor dirt that was in romford. Harwood hall?
I can't remember the name of the region I used to race in but it seems it no longer exist but it was all held in Essex and we had the strongest region (mid south) with most of the top drivers coming from there. Speaking of harlow, did a regional there one time and it was a (no longer) used bike velodrome. fond memories of Chelmsford and Basildon clubs at the time and what about southend multi purpose track (my least favorite venue)
