The Shop in my link also provide a solvent cleaner that I've used for cleaning Spaz stuff, and that too is very good.
Regarding thinning pactra solvent, I just used to use cellulose thinners, and that always seemed to work ok, But I just used to spray some out of an aerosol into a jar. That way its already thinned.
You should try the Pactra acrylic. It sprays finer and smoother than the faskolor stuff just like the solvent paints. and is cleaned with water based cleaners.
I use a mix of these two paints, using the pactra for the fades.
