i thought the kit came with 27 turn motor so i bought an mtroniks eco 27 esc, but reading on here some people say the kit motor is 23turn,will this speedo be ok or should i change it?

the kit instructions say to put shock oil in,but not how much,there is a bottle of oil with the kit.is it just for lubrication or a specified amount for damping?
