when i try to drive my car i accelerate my car cuts out when i use full acceleration do you know how to programme it so it does not do this??

I am new to this i got a xrc-2 petrol buggie for christmas and I was wondering whether i could take this to all events or if there are certain events i could or couldn't take them to.
