Mad Rat Speed Controller

Hi, I finally got my son's Mad Rat going (the motor was faulty).

I have a question regarding the speed controller. there is a delay going in to reverse. is that normal ?

I think you are right. however, i bought the RTR in Windsor and i live in prague so i have a language and an availability problem.

The motor doesn't get that hot as i don't run it...

The motor doesn't get that hot as i don't run it too much as i am afraid it i might burn it out whilst i have this problem.

i am using a 6cell 2200amp battery pack.

Hi,

I per my previous my Mad Rat (son's Christmas present) won't run. I ran it for ten minutes and it stopped. The motor won't turn and makes a noise as if it is strained. I took off the gear box...

thanks

it looks like i have to take it apart. the diff is fine but there is no drive in wheels. i can;t get the gear box off as there is a threaded screw.

Mad Rat won't run

Hi, i got my son the Mad Rat for Xmas and it run for 10 minutes and then stopped. The wheels wont turn and makes a high pitched noise'. i am not sure if it is the engine or gear box. i was running it...
