Spur gear on mi3.5 which

We need to replace the spur gear on Corys car.

In the manual it lists six differnt one's from the 85t up to 89t 48dp (which he has now) and the 114t 64dp up to the 118t 64dp cnc gear spur.

I might be doing somthing wrong, but should the red led flash on corys i-lap sensor when his car is switch on?

New Motor and ESC

Cory wants to up grade his tamiya motor and ESC which he runs in his schumacher Mi3.5. He wants to go brushless , what can you all recommmend he goes for ?????

Corys car is still under weight by 20g !!! Before we go out and buy some more weights , does anybody have a couple off spares the can donate to the cause on Friday ? Thanks goes to Joe for already...
