zx5 toe-in hubs

does anyone know if i swap the stock zx5 fs rear hubs for the 0.5 degree sp hubs will i increase toe-in? not sure whether it's comparing apples with apples

B4 0.89 front shocks

Anyone know why 0.89 are available in addition to the standard 0.71 shocks? My guess is that the extra front droop may help with rear end grip in loose conditions..?
