Nope, for only 10secs (maybe less) the plastic is ok! But, believe me, I've done this because it was reeeealy impossible to unscrew with an L shape allen key!

I'm about to order hex screwdrivers...

I've just found a solution for easier unscrewing. I put the soldering iron on the head of the screw for aprox. 10secs! Then the screw unscrews much much more easily without damaging the allen key!;)
