You can eliminate the c-clips by drilling a small hole and thread to accept a grub screw in the middle of the bulkhead where the pivot pin passes through. I've done this with the stock plastic...

I agree, I'd like to Schumacher back in the fight with a 2 and 4wd car as before. I'd also like to see them back here in the states, but with better parts supply to support their efforts.
